Returns & Exchanges

At Elegant Auto Retail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
